Hi, I'm Nicole from Mechanicsburg, PA! I recently graduated with a degree in photography and at the same time I earned my welding certificate. Growing up in central PA, I enjoy the outdoors, sports, and cheerleading. For fun, I enjoy fishing, tubing, hunting, and taking photos of wildlife.
This will be my first year at CCB. I’m looking forward to spending the summer with all of our outstanding campers and counselors!

What are you most proud of/biggest achievement in life so far?:

After struggling with grades in high school, making the Dean's List every semester in college, and being selected as a finalist for the student honors show for photography are my biggest achievements.
What is your favorite hobby/sport/thing to do during your free time?:

My favorite things to do are kayaking or fishing on the Yellow Breeches Creek, hanging out with my friends, and hiking on parts of the Appalachian Trail.
What is your favorite thing about working with children?:

I find children to be full of energy and light. Their willingness to try new things and grow inspires me.
What impact are you most excited to make this year at CCB?:

Through my example and engagement, I would like to help campers try new and different activities, increase their self-confidence, and have the best summer ever.
What goal or camp philosophy do you really want your campers to learn this summer?:

I want my campers to appreciate the simplicity in life and the value of human relations. Sometimes you need to take a step back and experience the world without the noise and outside influence of today's technology. When you do this, the value of those individuals around you grows and becomes more apparent.
