Hi! My name is Erika, I am from Mexico, and this is my 4th year at the best place on earth. I have been Kitchen staff most of the time because I enjoy preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making sure all the diets, restrictions, and tasty dishes are ready. Teamwork is crucial.
Back in Mexico, I live in Puebla, one of the most important gastronomic places, on the other hand, I am a law student, I spent my free time with my family and friends, I considered myself a good singer, I love rodeos and all the activities including horses, country roads, and good music.
What are you most proud of/biggest achievement in life so far?: I might say being taekwondo black belt, but being part of the CCB family has become the most important.
What is your favorite hobby/sport/thing to do during your free time?: Ride horses, cooking, singing, and dancing.
What is your favorite thing about working with children?: I love the energy, enthusiasm, and happiness that they are always sharing, it makes me feel that even if its a big responsibility we are doing a great job.
What impact are you most excited to make this year at CCB?: I feel so excited to share all I've been learning.
What goal or camp philosophy do you really want your campers to learn this summer?: My goal is a brotherhood because after the pandemic I believe we need to practice the kindness, and the gratefulness of being responsible together again.
