Hello! My name is Matt and I’m from Sydney Australia. This is my first time at Camp Carolina and I am so excited to be joining you for this summer! I love sports and anything in the great outdoors. I am looking forward to meeting all the campers and having the best summer in 2024!

What are you most proud of/biggest achievement in life so far?:

I am most proud of traveling around the world solo backpacking for 6 months and also representing my state in touch football and powerlifting.
What is your favorite hobby/sport/thing to do during your free time?:

My favorite thing to do in my free time is to go to the gym or go hiking up in the mountains.
What is your favorite thing about working with children?:

I love that I can make an impact on their lives and be a role model for some of them to look up to.
What impact are you most excited to make this year at CCB?:

I am most excited to experience camp for the first time and to meet so many new people and create great friendships.
What goal or camp philosophy do you really want your campers to learn this summer?:

To disconnect from technology and really experience/enjoy the outdoors and what it has to offer as well as creating friendships with other campers throughout the summer.
