Hello, my name is Galadriel Ezau Pérez Balvaneda, I am 24 years old and I am from Guadalajara, Mexico. I'm currently studying biology at university. I love birds and go birdwatching whenever I can. I really enjoy playing basketball with my friends. I'm also a big fan of the Denver Broncos. I had the good fortune to represent my state for over four years, and my country on one occasion in taekwondo.
What are you most proud of/biggest achievement in life so far?:
Being a cytology and histology technician, as well as having an international taekwondo medal with my country.
What is your favorite hobby/sport/thing to do during your free time?:
I like listening to music, building Legos, bird watching, watching sports, and playing any sport.
What is your favorite thing about working with children?:
My favorite part about working with children is their innate curiosity and sense of wonder. I love watching them explore the world with genuine questions and enthusiasm, and how each new discovery excites them. It's so rewarding to be able to guide their learning and foster their love of knowledge.
What impact are you most excited to make this year at CCB?:
I'm excited to foster learning through meaningful experiences, inspiring curiosity and a love of knowledge. This year, I want to create an environment where children and staff feel encouraged to explore, question, and develop their full potential.
What goal or camp philosophy do you really want your campers to learn this summer?:
This summer, I want campers to learn the importance of teamwork, respect for nature, and self-confidence. Through outdoor activities and shared experiences, they'll develop skills that will help them grow as individuals, strengthen their independence, and create unforgettable memories.
