Hi! I’m Ximena, I’m 21, and I’m someone who brings a positive and calm energy wherever I go. I’m from Tabasco, like the sauce! I’m creative, friendly, and I truly enjoy connecting with others. I love working with kids, making them feel comfortable, included, and safe while also having fun together.

I’m responsible, patient, and attentive, and I always try to create a warm and supportive environment. I enjoy activities like music, games, and meaningful conversations, and I’m always excited to learn and grow from new experiences.
What are you most proud of/biggest achievement in life so far?
I feel proud of becoming a more independent and responsible person at a young age. One of my biggest achievements has been balancing my university studies while continuing to grow personally and stepping out of my comfort zone.

For example, applying to this camp and going through the interview process has been something that challenged me, especially because it pushed me to communicate in a different language and trust in myself more.
What is your favourite hobby/sport/thing to do during your free time?
Hiking, yoga, painting, and photography.
What is your favourite thing about working with children?
Their energy and the way they see the world. I love how curious, honest, and creative they are; it makes every day different and special.
What impact are you most excited to make this year at CCB?
Creating a positive and safe environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. I want them to feel seen, supported, and encouraged to try new things without fear.

I’m especially excited about helping them build confidence whether that’s making new friends, participating in activities, or simply feeling proud of who they are. I believe small moments can make a big difference, and I would love to be part of those moments that stay with them.
What goal or camp philosophy do you really want your campers to learn this summer?
The importance of kindness and respect for others. I want them to understand that the way they treat people truly matters and can make a big difference in someone’s experience.
