Hi my name is Rhydian, I’m 22 and I’m from Wales. This will be my first ever summer camp and I’m so excited to get stuck in and help the campers have a memorable summer! My role this summer is within the Earth Works team and I can’t wait to go adventuring with the campers!

What are you most proud of/biggest achievement in life so far?:

My biggest achievement so far was completing college and getting the job I’d been dreaming of.
What is your favorite hobby/sport/thing to do during your free time?:

Rugby for sure! I can’t get enough, I love playing it and watching it. At the same time? That would be fun!
What is your favorite thing about working with children?:

I enjoy how no two days are the same and how we can give each other a new perspective on things.
What impact are you most excited to make this year at CCB?:

I would really like to be a great counselor for the campers and an equally great coworker.
What goal or camp philosophy do you really want your campers to learn this summer?:

To believe in themselves, and to know that they can do a lot more than what they tell themselves. Also to enjoy themselves and enjoy the company of others, by stepping away from technology and enjoying every moment that they have at camp.
