Greetings Campers! My name is James and WHAT A DAY to be apart of Camp Carolina this coming summer. I am from a large town called Bromley in the United Kingdom and have just graduated in Digital Film Production at Ravensbourne University London. I am a keen creative always looking for new ways to expand my story and meet new people. I have always had a great interest in traveling to America, and what better way do to so, than by being apart of this great team at summer camp! I look forward to testing myself through new experiences and ultimately, having the summer of a lifetime. Let the fun begin!

What are you most proud of/biggest achievement in life so far?:

My biggest achievement in my life so far is when I moved away from home to go to university. However daunting as this was, I forced myself to operate outside of my normal comfort zone and try new things. This gave me great independence and life long friends.
What is your favorite hobby/sport/thing to do during your free time?:

My Absolute favorite thing to do is hang out with my friends. Wether that is playing football (soccer) on the weekends, going to the cinema in the evening or just sitting down for hours talking about what's new in our lives.
What is your favorite thing about working with children?:

The energy reflected off of children is unmatched. In my experience, there is never a dull day working in an environment with children, as they can turn a mood from sad to happy through their exciting and fun personalities.
What impact are you most excited to make this year at CCB?:

Being a role model and providing the campers with independence and collaborative skills is one thing I look forward to being able to help with this Summer.
What goal or camp philosophy do you really want your campers to learn this summer?:

This summer, I think it is important to show the campers that there is nothing wrong with stepping outside of their comfort zone, as they will become stronger and more capable gentlemen for it.
